A clear glass vial comes with inner plug, wooden cap, and a pendant rope. Adjustable strap, to easily hang in the car. Charms added to the pendant rope.

Instructions

Remove wooden cap and plastic inner plug. Replace and screw wooden cap on glass vial. Shake the bottle, fragrance oil will diffuse on to wooden cap and rope, hang and repeat as desired for optimal scent.
